Schedual Change

Brandon was approved for a schedual change. Which is very good news because now he will have weekends off. This gives him more opportunities for overtime and now he can hang out with everyone a lot more. Just so everyone knows he will have Thursday,Friday, and Saturday off and this schedual change takes affect the week of April 18.

THIS IS A SAD DAY

Today started off as a pretty good day. I came down stairs this morning around 8:30am and played a little bit with Ginger, my dog. I went back upstairs to finish getting ready because I was leaving to a study session at school with some friends. I got downstairs after I was done at around 9:00am and things seemed too quite. I called out for Ginger but she was no where. Then I went through the sliding door to the backyard and saw that the backyard gate was wide open and Ginger was gone. It was so windy this morning it must have some how unlactched the gate and she ran.

I searched for hours all over this morning and she is no where to be found. This is serioulsy the sadest day ever. I hope she comes home.

Back to School

This week the Spring semester of school began. I am overall glad because I have been super board over the Winter break. I love all me teachers and think this will be a challenging yet rewarding semester.
I did end up getting a teaching assistant position to help teach a Biology lab at UNLV. I had to be asked to be a part of it so I am super excited about it. No I don't get paid to do it....I actually recieve credit for completeing the class as long as the instructor thinks i did a good job. I feel it will look good on my transcipts to say I have some teaching experiance.
I am so swamped with homework that I really shouldn't even be updating this blog I should be studying. But I normally get side tracked easily.

The Flu

It all started on Saturday. I woke up with a minor sour throut. Woke up Sunday and felt like I was dying. I slept the entire day away. Now it is Monday and I had to muscle what bit of strength I had to go to school. Barely made it through that. Why does one little tiny creature create such destruction. This is why I'm going to be a microbiologist to find a permanent cure from these tiny monsters!

She's so cute

So I finally got my Mom's dog on Saturday and her name is Ginger. I took her to Petsmart and got her groomed so shes doesn't shed all over my house. They did a really good job there. She is so clean. Brandon is taking to her better than I thought. I think it is becuase she scares the pigeons away from the pool.

Housewarming Party

Everyone is getting one mailed to them this next week but here is a heads up.

We got a house!

After a lot of heartbreak and frustration we finally found a house. This was by far the most frustrating experiance ever. Everytime we thought we were getting a house someone came in and took it from under us. So this house is 3 ,2 1/2 bath, 1531sq ft. It even has a pool and jacuzzi. So everyone is invited to come over anytime and swim once we move in. I just hope loan process goes a lot smoother than us finding a house. Here is a picture of the front of the house. If I get a chance I'll post the inside pictures later. But don't count on it.
